How does it work?
Dial the access number you
were given (10-10-813 or 1-800 253-0209) from your
registered phone line, and then dial 1+ the area code
and number you're calling. Many of our customers
put the access number into their phone's speed dial
program for faster dialing.
Do I need to switch my current
telephone service?
No! It doesn't matter
who your current local or long distance provider is, you
don't need to do anything but dial the access number
provided in order to access the 1 cent plan.
When I apply for the 1 cent plan,
is my credit history a factor for approval?
Yes, we have to insure that
you are who you say you are and have some level of
credit because the service is paid for AFTER it's
provided. So we automatically perform a standard
credit check on every applicant.
Where can I call?
You can call anywhere in the
continental United States (the 48 states). All
In-state as well as State-to-state calls are included in
the monthly fee. International call are billed
separately on a per minute basis.
Can I make international calls?
Yes, you get some of the best
per minute rates anywhere for international calling.
There are some sample rates in the right column and all
the rates are
here. International calls will be billed per minute
and are not included in the regular monthly fee.

Are there any time restrictions on
when I can call?
No, you can make a call
whenever you want. There are no time of day
restrictions at all. That's part of the beauty and
freedom of flat rate plans.
Are there any additional fees?
No. There are no
additional fees, cancellation fees, per call charges, or
any other hidden charges. For one low monthly flat
rate, you can call as often as you want. Local,
state and federal taxes will apply though.
Do I get a monthly bill?
Yes, you get a monthly bill
but you don't get any call detail on the domestic calls,
only international calls.

What happens if I go
over
3000 minutes?
You can't go over 3000
minutes. If you do you will be dropped from the
program. You may or may not be allowed to
re-signup depending on the circumstances. I think
they figure that anyone that goes over 3000 minutes is
probably not using it for residential use.
Can I make International Calls?
Yes you can make international
calls and they also have really great international
rates too. There are some sample rates in the
right margin and the rest are in the International
Rate Chart.
Can I use this on
multiple phones?
Each 1¢ plan can only used on
one phone line. The 1010 access system recognizes
your phone line and counts all your calls to your
account.
Can I add an 800
number?
Yes, you can get a separate stand alone
toll free number from my brother's site at
800Numbers.com.
It won't affect your local line and can be as low as
2.85 cents per minute although it varies slightly
depending on the local phone company you have. He

Can I sign up without a
credit card or over the phone?
The 1¢ Plan requires a credit
card or an automatic deduction from a bank account.
You can't pay by check for this program. The
fastest and best way to sign up is via the web.
But if and when I'm able to get to my computer, I will
try to sign you up over the phone as well.

this?
Yes! This is one of the
